Turtle finds oasis in Rockland County Condo Development!

Look at the latest addition to Cherry Brook Estates in Pearl River. The turtle arrived on Wednesday and the condo residents don’t know who dropped him off, or if he decided to head for the gorgeous Koi Pond on Meyer Oval and John Street and make the trek himself. No lease was signed, he paid no attention to the by-laws and yet he made a hit here. Perhaps, his parents decided he would have a better home in the Pet Friendly development at Cherry Brook instead of dropping the infant off in a basket at the local Police precinct.

Jesse (the beautiful white Maltese) seems to have taken a liking to him (or her, can’t tell), he looks happy, don’t really know what a sad turtle looks like, but he has made friends with the fish.
The residents have certainly welcomed him/her, and are delivering vegetarian delights to the little reptile.
