Come down Main Street (route 59) pass the clubs, shops, artists, theatre or your everyday quirky people. Broadway has wonderful eateries, antique shops, boutiques, and many houses of worship.
Two miles up is another boat ramp at Julias Petersen Inc. in Upper Nyack – RM 31.
Capture Nyack ‘s promise of rich & surprising experiences in a conscious and connected urban condos, catch the train in Tarrytown, there is a commuter bus that runs across the Tappan Zee bridge to catch the Metro North Railroad to Grand Central Station. The Red and Tan Bus Lines drives down through New Jersey into Penn Station.
Walk to Nyack Beach on North Broadway, up a few blocks on Gedney Street, where you will pass the Rivercrest (there are a lot of coops here) the building is older but your view isn’t any less spectacular. Parking is outside assigned spaces. The price range is 300k to 350k for a one or two bedroom coop. There is a gym on the premises.
In South Nyack, there is also Riverfront Coops with views of the Tappan Zee Bridge and Hook Mountain. There are four buildings at the site called Salisbury Point and if coming over the Bridge into Rockland County, there the first thing you see on your right.
