_{^{Mountainview Condos in Valley Cottage were built in the 70's.  Maintenance is part of the  HOA fee and they do a wonderful job.  In addition to keeping the parking spaces free of snow, the landscaping is neat and green (many of the condo owners plant annuals and lend their own design to the landscape), painting is done seasonally, the roofs, and walkways are redone before wear is ever noticed.}} 

_{^{Eight hundred units are here, a few hundred less than the Hamlets in Nanuet, but it is second largest development in Rockland County.   On Sierra Vista Lane you will find mostly 1 and 2 bedroom units, there are a few townhomes, alot of them have their own washer/dyers in their units, some units have garages, and some have fireplaces, most oftenthe units come with a storage area-unfortunately a lot of them are in a different building than the unit itself, mostly all have their own decks.}} 

There are a variety of different models, numbers 1 thru 200 have Presidential names, and they have access to the Clubhouse and Pool at the bottom of the development. 

_{^{The remainder of the units in the threes thru the nines use the Clubhouse (with gym) at the top.  There are three pools up here, you have views of Hook Mountain, Westchester County, The Tappan Zee Bridge, and the Hudson River.  Entering the clubhouse is truly a delight, and has a Grecian feel.
