| Home Staging® is the process of preparing your home for sale. The purpose of Staging® is to make your home look like a model home, appealing to as many buyers as possible. It is simply a redesign that will show off your home's best features and minimize any flaws. Staging® is becoming very common these days and a variety of articles can be found in The New York Times, Washington Post, and Money Magazine. Even HGTV and TLC have homes shows dedicated to Staging® with "Designed to Sell" and "Sell This House". Staging your Luxury Condo or Townhome shouldn't even be a question. Piermont Landing Townhomes, and the Clermont Condos will sell for more, in a much quicker time period than without it.
I am an Accredited Staging® Professional (ASP) as part of my marketing service, I will advise you on Staging . ASP is a nationally recognized designation for Home Staging® and I have been specifically trained to prepare homes for sale. It's not about decorating, since the way you live in your home is different from how we market and sell your home. The ASP training combined with my experience working with Buyers helps me create rooms that appeal to Buyers. Recent studies prove that Staged® Homes sell for more money and in fewer days, and by turning homes into "models" for sellers, we can maximize your profit from your real estate investment. As a Seller, Staging® your home will allow you to keep more equity because Staged Homes look better and sell faster. Here are a few examples of a house that was on the market for six months, and four days after the staging there was a full price offer. No purchases were made by the homeowner, everything used for the staging was already in the home. We did however, throw alot out. What was removed from the home was not wanted in the new home, it was just an oversight by the homeowner, so it will lessen your load at moving from your condo whether in Nanuet, Suffern, Haverstraw, Nyack, Piermont and all the smaller condo developments in Rockland County.
